Got this phone for wife who never owned a smartphone. We were blown away by the amount of features it packed and the smoothness of how it operates. I really liked the phone when I read about it; but after I ordered it I played around with a friend of mine's phone and found it big and too complicated for my use. However, the customer service was excellent and I was never given any grief about the return. Thank you! (Posted on 1/3/13)Star
