- the switching function between the rear and front camera is not working. It remains at rear camera now. please advise what to do. thanks.

- ho comprato il thlw8 ad ottobre e mi crea alcuni problemi: se sono a casa il telefono si spegne da solo e devo levare la batteria e ripristinarlo mentre fuori funzione bene, ultimamente non riesco ad accedere al wifi mi da ricerca ma non si collega, ho provato a spegnerlo ma non si stacca.

- Hi, I was very happy with THL W8S, but suddenly all sounds have gone. No ring volume, no musik. Tried engineering mode menu to change volume setings, no use. Can U help me?

- hello world, I got a unit of Thl W8 with Android version 4.2.1 for quite some times. For the past few months it kept on shutdown by itself.
  Tried to remove the battery and restart it, the problem still exist. Please let me know if there is any other solution?

- I've a THL W8. I buy it in April-2013 in a chinese web (banggood). I'm very satisfied with it but I have a problem. There are not enough support in case of software errors.
  I have a problem in Settings option. I can not change the time/date of my phone (the program crashes). I saw an answer in this forum of someone with the same incidence and the solution (return the phone to factory settings) don't works.
  I am looking for an upgrade but I can't find it. Can you send me an active link of my original compilation or a valid upgrade??

- my PC with windows 7 finds and displays my w8s among the paired Bluetooth devices but no services are associated with it. in particular no "com ports" can be associated with the phone and therefore I'm unable to Exchange data among the PC and the phone via Bluetooth (all other connections work very well).
  can you, please suggest a solution for the Bluetooth connectivity?

- please I have Thl W8 trying to connect it to my laptop through the tethering hotspot but it keep on asking me for the password trying to locate the password for the phone tethering I couldn't find it from the tethering setting,please how can I find it.
